One unique service that M & M Turf Farms extends is a FREE estimate of your planting area.  A company representative will travel to your desired site and personally measure the area to be planted*.  Once the job is completed, the $25.00 measuring charge will be deducted from your bill.

Delivery

As stated in the "About Us" page, we deliver anywhere you desire.  We only ask that the minimum order amount for delivery be three pallets.  

Depending on your location, complete harvesting and delivery usually takes about a day.  Many times we can accommodate same-day notices.  We also have multiple cargo vehicles, if your order exceeds 18 pallets.  However, if your order is large, we will just need to make sure that the road or street at the job location is easily reachable for our trucks. 

Installation

Believe us, you don't want to do this yourself if you can help it.  Let the professionals do it while you relax.  We will use our equipment to get it done quickly and provide you with smooth installation.  We trim the grass to fit so that it looks professional and will grow properly.  We will also clean the grounds of additional grass and debris.  Once we're finished, you won't believe it was just put in!  

Just Grass

If you'd like, you can pick up your grass yourself.  Of course, you will need a trailer or truck large enough to carry your order.  As long as it is at least a full pallet, we will load the grass into the vehicle for you at no additional cost.  **When carrying grass cargo in your vehicle, you are responsible for properly covering the cargo, as mandated by state traffic laws.

After Treatment

 

Following installation, we roll the grass to make sure that it has a secure rooting foundation. Then, immediately following installation, our personnel completely saturates the freshly laid grass with water.  It is important that you also regularly water the installed grass in the days that follow our treatment.

*Additional note: there is a $5.00 per pallet deposit charge assessed for every pallet that leaves our property.  Once those pallets are returned, a refund is given.  Installation services retrieve the pallets when completed, so there is no deposit required.
